- The importance of vitamin C
Meanwhile, vitamin C is important to build up your immune system, this substance is also important to maintain healthy skin. Vitamin C is involved in collagen production and help the sunscreen to protect skin cells from UV damage. However, for Asian skin, vitamin C is also very useful in inhibiting the production of pigment, thus preventing spots black spots.
